Where are versions between 4.2 and 11?

Paid for full version but it shuts down every time at calibration screen.
Done all suggestions, radio is found,closed all security,got java
still no luck,the demo worked fine
Some one asked why am i not using v11 but that wont load on my laptop BUT someone said use v10 BUT i can not see v10 to download?

1. What error message do you get running V11 or installing v11?

2. Is V4.2 running, including the controller setup, etc.?

3. Is 4.2 after activation running without controller?

4. What happens when there is NO controller plugged in and you go to options->Joystick?

Thanks for getting back with help.i will try to answer your questions in order BUT having Down loaded V11 again so i can note the error message things have changed!

V4.2 ran fine with TX16 in demo. When you kindly gave me my forgotten key code the V4.2 started up fine BUT the radio would not work so the calibration screen in 4.2 opened fine BUT as soon as i click "sticks" in first stage the sim shuts down,retry does the same.

Not sure about running without controller

Here is the new situation,i downloaded v11 and installed and its the first time 3 apps/programs came on screen, heli-x v11, heli-x vr and heli-x network. So i clicked on the v11 demo and it opend fine,found the radio AND calibrated fine AND worked!
Using factory settings at rest i am getting 160 fps with huge stick movements lowest was 130fps,so looks like the laptop will run V11
I then went back to the full version 4.2 again and that still will not calibrate and run.
So i have no idea why v11 now loads,i have not changed anything since last try.
But i have no idea how to get to full on v11

The use v11. You can activate it with your key.

I can not find a box of section on the screen to input the key code.

found the activation ,last column on sim screen.
i have put my name in ,,,, first name and surname xxxx xxxxxx AND my key code xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (15 digits) but it says wrong name and key.
i have checked and doubled checked.

Managed to activate,did not realise location was needed also.
Sim is now running, its great.had no idea v11 would run on my laptop.
demo was running 130fps with factory settings , i will have to see if full version is the same
