I find the current MCPX (in V4.1) to be quite close to the real thing. I've increased MultiplicatorSideShiftByTailRotor to 3 (default is 1). That one change brings it a lot closer to what my physical MCPX does. I still find the sim can pirouette faster, but that hasn't been the focus of my changes.
