Updates (Airports and Helicopters)

Some good news:
New or updated airports from Paul Duerr and Harald Bendschneider (thank you) and updated helicopters from Rolf Rohner (BO 105 fun scale, Razor-Blade 2E, T-Rex 500 (flybarless)) (thank you, Rolf). Update within HELI-X.
Please note: The high resolution airports require a lot of memory. Occasionally a restart of HELI-X is required.
