Has anyone used the Taranis USB Joystick mode that was added with OpenTX 2.0 with Heli-X?
When I tried it recognized the controller but I couldn't get any movement on the sticks.

Re: Heli-X on 10.10
In my case installing the JRE for 8u25 did not work. I had to install the full JDK 8u25 to get Heli-X to start without the Java not found error.

Re: Upgrade 4.2 to 5
I don't get any menus with version 5 so there is no place to enter my old key.

Re: Transmitter Mixing
I realize it would require the TX to be setup similar to like it would be for an actual Heli. That is why I suggest it only as an option for advanced users. I tried the Dynam USB controller and it was terrible. The feel and resolution were nothing like the real world.

Re: Spektrum DX18 and Mile High Wings interface
That is correct, the message is no controller found.
With the 1.54 firmware (1024 bit) It is recognized but with 2.01 the controller is not seen.
The USB interface has a different name with the new firmware so I assume it has something to do with that.

Blade 450X
Would like to see a Blade 450X added.
In the mean time just using the Trex-500 FBL as close enough.

I'd like to see a Flight Model added that maps TX channels directly to Heli inputs without pitch curves, throttle curves, expo, etc.
This would allow us to use the TX programming and enable flight mode switching, throttle hold, etc via the TX switches.

Support for MHW Interface 2048 firmware update
They put out an update to the firmware 2.01 that enables 2048 resolution and is not recognized by Heli-X. I'd like to see an update to allow this new firmware. Here is the info I saw in MacOS and Parallels 8 In eFlightworks 1.54 is seen as MHW Interface V4 2.01 is seen as MHW Interface V4 2048 In ...

Re: Spektrum DX18 and Mile High Wings interface
One thing to note, the new firmware that enables 2048 resolution (Version 2+) does not work with Heli-X at this time.
The 1024 bit firmware 1.54 works fine.
