Sometimes the setup of a phantom controller seems to be difficult. Maybe these "translations" help:
In Mode 2:
Left stick:
Up/Down altitude: collective pitch
right/left pivot: yaw
Right Stick:
foreward/backward: cyclic nick
rigth/left: cyclic roll
