You should try to find openGL graphics drivers for your card.

I try reinstall Radeon drivers from here: http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu ... tion_Guide
Driver from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/d ... nux+x86%27
After install I see so result:
andrei@HTPC:~/fglrx-14.501.1003$ fglrxinfo

OpenGL vendor string: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: AMD Radeon HD 6530D
OpenGL version string: 4.4.13283 Compatibility Profile Context 8.96.7
Tomorrow I will try to run HELI-X 5 and return here results
