Chasing the camera. How do I make the camera feel more natural?

I own all the popular RC Helicopter simulators. Heli-X is the one I use the most mainly for the training modules. I am trying to figure out how to make the camera feel more natural. When doing balloon training, when one of the balloons picks up flight, it is vary difficult to chase the balloon as the simulator camera keeps changing the angle of view, to the point it makes me feel like I am going to vomit.

How do I keep the camera from continuously changing angle of view when looking up?
