No sound on Windows10

Hi folks, I upgraded my Laptop to Windows10 last week. Since then, I`ve got no sound with Heli-X 6.0.1614. During the first few days there was normal sound every now and then. But not reproducable.
Of course the sound setting is "on".
Now there is no sound at all. Other audio sources work perfectly. What can I do ?

OpenAL didn´t solve it. The problem seems to be my i-tec usb3 -device. The driver does not work with W10 properly, also i-tec reports.

Nevermind, I will simply use the laptop´s original audio socket........issue solved.

Perhabs i-tec will bring another driver update sometime, and I will have another try.

Thanks guys. OpenAL worked for me. Have actually been searching for a way around the sound issue for a week now.

This error is very much common in Windows 7 and I have faced this issue for a few times and this error is mainly categorized under the Windows update error code 8007000e and it can easily be solved by just updating the Windows properly.
