What do the "Startup/Start at Switch On" and "Reactivate/after other WiFi Activities" functions do?

As I understand it, "Start at Switch on" means that the sim interface is automatically actibvated at start up of the VBarControl

And the "reactivate" says if the simulator app is automaticalystarted after online activities as updates or so.
